Type of classes

We offer beginner and advanced classes with both small and large group sizes. Additionally, we provide upfront nutritional guidance, and photos can be taken during training if requested. For further questions, please refer to the FAQ.

FAQ’s

  • Small Group

    Groups of 4 to 9 people offer the advantage of more personal interaction.

    Large Group

    Groups of 10 to 16 people offer the advantage of an improved team cohesion and reduces the overall cost per participant

  • Beginner

    Perform 8 to 10 exercises, each lasting 30 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest. Complete 3 rounds in total. Additionally, include endurance training lasting 6 to 8 minutes.

    Advanced

    Perform 8 to 12 exercises, each lasting 45 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Complete 3 rounds in total. Additionally, include endurance training lasting 10 to 15 minutes.

  • Upfront

    After each training session, participants receive upfront nutrition options, including a choice of protein bars, shakes, lemonades, or gels.

    Photos

    For those who give consent, We will take photos that can be shared within the company if permission is granted, or you can choose to keep the photos for yourself.

  • The bootcamps last 60 minutes and include a warm-up, the main bootcamp session, and a cool-down.

  • On the 5th of each month, we will send you an invoice for all the bootcamps completed in the previous month.
