We offer bootcamps and running sessions with various levels and group sizes.

Your personalized plan

After selecting your classes, please fill out the booking form, and we will agree on a start date.

Feedback and improvement

After one month, We send out a feedback form in which employees can share their opinions.


What We Offer

Bootcamp

Different levels: beginner and advanced, with varying group sizes of 4-9 and 10-16 participants.

Running

The program includes social runs at a relaxed pace. Additionally, employees can receive a training plan to prepare for a race as an optional extra.
